WOW! This site screams STYLE out to me! You can tell you've put work into it, and thats what counts!
Layout 6/10
Okay, the main page layout is great, but you should keep it the same throughout the site. Like in the "Kaiou Michiru" section, the text is hard to read because of the background, the same goes for most of the other sections of this site. The layout is loads fairly easily, and thats a plus.
Navigation and Organization 7/10
The navigation on the main page is very good, as is it on most of the pages. I think on the Image Galleries, however, you need to get rid of the Neptune/Michiru backgrounds, they kind of confuse people (me ^_^) when they try to look at the images.
Content 30/50
Holy! I've never seen so much info on Sailorneptune before. You've got info on Michiru, Neptune, the planet, Haruka, videos, links, credit, and other stuff to! Not many shrines have all of those things! I really think you are pretty good in the content section, however, I think you should make it a bit more clear who Haruka is, for those who may not know. Perhaps putting down some stats on her?
Technical 9/10
Spelling is pretty good. I didn't find any spelling or grammer mistakes in any of the sections...but then again, no one ever said I am the best at spelling...
Originality and Creativity 7/10
While this IS an original site, it also seems to follow the clique of other SM character shrines. Perhaps if you add some other things to make it seem a bit different. Most shrines focus on one character, and totally forget about the others, perhaps if you dedicate a page to the other senshi, that would help. Also don't feel pressured to do what other shrines do, this is YOUR website, and you should do as you like, which it seems you have already started to do.
