Kinda boring and simply layout. Try to add a little spice to it to make it look a bit nicer. Also, your scroll bar seemed a bit bright, I think it would look better if you darkened it just a touch. Your site requirements should go on a splash page, not the bottom of the main page.
Layout 3/10
As I said above, spice it up some, and post your site requirements on a splash page. Now for the sub layouts. The background on the "Michiru" page is way to bright, also the green text clashes with the background color. Using a color found in the side image for your text would look better. Also, the title banner looks rather rough and again the green text clashes. You should be more consistent in your layouts. The side image changes on ever page. What I mean is, use the same background on like all the gallery pages, and a different one on info pages, etc. That would make it a bit more consistent.
Navigation and Organization 5/10
The navigation got annoying to me pretty fast. First of all, not all the links I expected to see on every page were there, so I often has to return to the main page to move on. On some pages you had links to some other sections, then I click one of those and it'd have links to different sections, it just got weird. Like I went to "Stats" from "Michiru's Profile" and there was no link to the "Episodes Seen In" as there had been on the profile page. Also, all the "Continue On To.." things where somewhat annoying too. Listing all the sections at the top of each page would make navigating the site much easier. Another thing, home buttons were not located on all pages, like the "Episodes Seen In" page. Please add those. About your galleries, not everyone will understand that you have to click on a picture to go to a gallery of Michiru in that form. You may want to make a note of that. Also, there is no home button on that page.

Your anime info is great! I don't think I ever seen that much on Michiru/Neptune on one site. The only thing that bugged me is that there was no manga info, none. If you even get half as much info on her in the manga as you have for the anime, it would really be good. Your mythology info was all very good and correct as far as I can tell. Good job, I learned some things I didn't know before. On your attacks, Neptune also preforms two attacks when she is evil under Galaxia's control. If you would like to add them they are: Galactica Violin Tide and Galactic Planet Attack (used with the other senshi). That occures in the third StarS manga book. You have an ok selection of images, but there are so many more out there. Try and get some more, also you don't have any black and white manga pictures, and those are always nice to see. Just a note, you may want to create a few more link buttons and banners to give people some variety if they choose to link you.

"arsenol" is mispelled on your video clips page, it should be "arsenal." That was the only grammar/spelling mistake I that really stuck out to me.
Originality and Creativity 8/10
Self made grapics and such, that's good. It's rare that I ever see blood type info and mythology, especially about the talismans, that I've never seen before. I would probably still add a few more original little things that express your fan-dom of Michiru.

The info part of your site was wonderful, I really liked it. Keep adding things, especially manga info, and spice up the layout and the site will be even better.
