Attacks and Powers

Neptune's powers are based on water and the Ocean. She has extrasensory powers, relying on the restless waves to clue her in to the presences of evil. Her talisman, the Aqua Mirror, also inhances her natural sense of perception.

Items

Neptune Henshin Stick ~ Neptune's henshin stick is used to transform her into Sailor Neptune. The henshin phrase is "Neptune Planet Power, Make-up!"

Aqua Mirror ~ The Deep Aqua Mirror is one of the three sacred talismans used to bring forth the Holy Grail. The talisman is used and protected by Sailor Neptune. It's power allows Neptune to see the truth behind appearances and it shows her the enemies weakspots. It also works with her intuition to show her flashes of evil to come.

Attacks

Deep Submerge ~ As the ocean's waves crash around her, the water converges into a ball above her head. This ball is in the shape of the planet Neptune. She spins around and throws her heads forward, effectively launching the planet at her enemy.

Submarine Reflection ~ The Aqua Mirror is used to complete this attack which shows Neptune the truth behind appearances.

Violin Tide ~ This is a manga only attack. I have not yet read this part of the Manga, but when I do I will add the attack here.
